With only a month to go in our 20-week MiddleNOmore challenge, we’ve come to a crucial stage. It’s winter, we’re all busy and there are countless other things to do, but every kilogram still counts towards CMDHB’s total. We’re approaching the 350kg mark which is a fantastic achievement – that’s a lot of kilograms lost and I applaud every staff member who has contributed.
But I’m sure there’s more weight being lost out there in the organisation. Please do remember to keep updating your weight and let’s have a final push in these last four weeks to shed as many kilograms together as we can. I’m down another few kilograms and still looking forward to being able to jump out of a plane once I drop below 100kg. What was on your bucket list? Are you on track to achieving it?
